Details:
1. Payment only using PayPal
2. Commercial work will cost double price
2. I don't do haggling
3. Additional Price will be charge for:

- Additional character will also follow base price
▶ Character design process (simple character sheet)
- +50USD for a sheet.
- Sheets by default only show front view, hidden details and color pallette. Additional view or expression can be added upon request (may be charge if complex).
▶ Props or Background
- +50USD for detailed background or props.
- Simple objects or backgrounds will not be charged
What exactly count as "complex" or "detailed"?
Basically if the drawing have a lot colours to render, a lot of intricate pattern or details needed to be drawn. Things like this that will be extra time consuming compares to normal drawing.

Duration
Expect 2 week of completion after confirming the draft. Might take longer or quicker for various reasons.
Revision
After the drawing is finished, any major changes will be charged (50USD). Please make sure the drawing is right during the drafting process to avoid changes.

I keep my right to refuse a commission for any reason
Copyright UsageI (the artist) :1. Reserve the right to cancel and refund an order at any time for any reason.2. Retain all copyrights over the commissioned artwork.3. Will NOT claim the intellectual property (IP) of the commissioned artwork.4. Will NOT profit further from the commissioned artwork unless you (the customer) break any of the terms.5. Reserve the right to post the commissioned artwork online (with watermark) and in my portfolio.You (the customer) :1. May upload the commissioned artwork on any website and social channels.2. May NOT make profits from the commissioned piece (reselling, redistributing, sell prints, etc.) unless you paid for the commercial price.3. May NOT alter the commissioned artwork without my (the artist's) consent.4. Retain all rights to the intellectual property (IP).5. May NOT use the drawing for any AI related purposes.The following is considered copyright infringement :1. Reproducing/using the copyrighted artwork commercially without my (the artist's) consent. Means making money off it in any way not excluded from the terms agreed on.2. Claiming the artwork as your own.3. Altering the artwork without my (the artist's) consent.4.
Cancellation and Refund
1. You (the customer) are not allowed a refund once I (the artist) have started working on the commission.2. If for any reason I am unable to start your commission, you will get a full refund.3. If you are getting a refund, do not request a PayPal charge-back. I will transfer the money back to you myself.
